- Can I scan my own photos and send you the files?
Absolutely. Scan your photos at 300ppi and 35mm slides at 1200ppi. Make sure you turn off any automatic correction or sharpening before you scan. Save you images as uncompressed TIFFs if possible. If you have five or fewer images, complete an order form and email the photos to us. If you have more than five images, or don't have a high-speed internet connection, fill out the order form then burn your files to a CD and mail it to us.

- I want you to scan my photos. What's the best way to send them to you?
If you want to be able to track them, use FedEx, UPS or DHL. If the ability to track isn't important, the US Postal Service will be fine. Either way, please be sure to either use a photo mailer or put your photos between cardboard to protect them from being bent.
- Will my photos be safe?
I understand how important your photos are and will treat them with extreme care. When your order is completed your photos will be carefully packaged and returned via the carrier of your choice.
- If I've ordered prints of a photo I am having you retouch, can I see a proof before you make the final prints?
Yes, I'll email you a digital proof which you can view on your computer. Once I have your final approval, I'll make your prints.
- Do you offer RUSH service?
Yes. Email us the details of the job and we will let you know how quickly we can turn it around and what the cost will be.
